Designer Finishes, Inc. is Central Illinois' premier Decorative Art Center offering faux painting instruction from beginning to mastery levels. At Designer Finishes, our philosophy is based on a commitment to the highest quality of teaching and student support that is unequalled in this industry. Classes at Designer Finishes, Inc. are hands-on with full step-by-step notes for each technique taught. Our objective is to give each student the skill and confidence it takes to succeed as a decorative artist. Our classes are designed to meet all levels of experience.
Faux Basics
This introductory class is designed to allow the students hands-on understanding of today¡¦s decorative painting finishes. Whether you are a do-it-yourselfer or a professional painter looking to broaden your earning potential, this class is for you. Techniques taught in this class are some of the most popular finishes we do. Learn color blending, positive and negative glazing, patterned glazes, marble and wood graining.

Donna Phelps Workshop
Donna is coming from Sarasota, Florida to share her latest designs from

*Please note our Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit is required the day of registration to reserve your class. Balance is due the first day of the class. Designer Finishes, Inc. reserves the right to change or cancel classes. A two-week notice is required by the student for changes or cancellations. If 2 week notice is not received a 25% penalty will be assessed on the refund. If cancellation is not received at least 5 days before the start of class there will be no refund of deposit.
